• Innovative Project Management Style

Business practices within Setty & Associates International provides for a senior Project Manager to be involved with each tasked project, regardless of type or size. It is the Project Manager’s role to help facilitate team integration and to coordinate resource availability and project scheduling. It is also the role of the Project Manager, as well as senior management within the SAi team to provide in-house quality assurance reviews - well before the client receives their deliverable(s). This attention to detail accommodates perhaps the most important deliverable – a satisfied customer.
