Project Management
Business practices within SAi provide for a senior Project Manager to be involved with each tasked project, regardless of type or size. It is the project Manager’s role to help facilitate team integration and to coordinate resource availability and project scheduling. It is also the role of the Project Manager, as well as senior management within the team to provide in-house quality assurance reviews - well before the client receives their deliverable(s). This attention to detail accommodates perhaps the most important deliverable – a satisfied customer.
Providing project development and delivery services, involves not only the expertise to individually address associated building systems, but to effectively integrate them with multiple design objectives and other disciplines. Regardless of project type, size, or delivery method, project stakeholders often require comprehensive high performance solutions that go beyond a single discipline’s ability to deliver. Expectations, such as energy and water conservation, sustainability, security, and workplace performance are program goals that can involve virtually all design disciplines. SAi is committed to this integrated approach, whether associated with criteria development, planning, design, construction management, or post occupancy evaluation. This philosophy is key to optimizing building performance.
Complementing the diverse background of building types, SAi is also experienced in managing and integrating all stages of capital project planning and execution, regardless of delivery method. In particular, SAi is familiar and expert with Traditional (design-bid-build), Design-Build, and Construction Manager as Constructor procurement procedures and associated deliverables.
