Design Phase Services - New Construction and Renovation
Design stage services offered by the SAi team typically include providing the latest version Auto-CAD based drawings and complying with Federal Interoperability Standards. The team is also licensed and familiar with Revit based CAD applications, which greatly facilitates 3-dimentional drawings and clearance coordination.
As part of our overall CAD based approach, the SAi team will perform load analyses and equipment sizing-selection using the latest computer based tools. In fact, over a hundred engineering related software applications are in-place, enabling state-of-the-art efficiency and accuracy when defining project characteristics.
