  • SAi is pleased to announce that Mike Richwine, has joined the firm as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.

Setty & Associates International is providing M/E/P/FP Design and Energy Modeling services throughout the D.C. Public School System. As part of our effort to improve our local community's educational environment for the students, teachers and administrators we are working directly on several exciting innovative projects with D.C. Public Schools.

HD Woodson, one of our key projects, is one of D.C.'s most recognizable deteriorating educational landmarks. Setty & Associates International, PLLC is proud to be offering the types of services which are helping the D.C. Public School System meet and exceed their goals in providing high caliber secondary education to District residents. Our current services included for this project include:

  • Energy Modeling and analysis of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems
  • Included within this analysis are the recommended HVAC systems, plumbing system analysis, and electrical system analysis.
  • Design of the M/E/P systems for the new high school

 

Setty & Associates International has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity A/E Services Contract with the National Institute for Science & Technology (NIST). Under this ID/IQ contract, SAi is currently working on five task orders:

  • NIST- Design AHU Repairs Site-Wide
  • NIST-Design for Fume Hood Replacement Site-Wide
  • NIST Bldg 301 Cafeteria
  • NIST - PCAS 50 Network Closets Design/Electric
  • NIST-Bldg 225 Computer Rooms

Raj Setty, of Setty & Associates International, PLLC, was present at the Golden Circle Presentation-President's Luncheon, during the ASHRAE Winter Meetings, in Orlando, Florida, January 2010.
