Setty & Associates International is providing M/E/P/FP Design and Energy Modeling services throughout the D.C. Public School System. As part of our effort to improve our local community's educational environment for the students, teachers and administrators we are working directly on several exciting innovative projects with D.C. Public Schools.
HD Woodson, one of our key projects, is one of D.C.'s most recognizable deteriorating educational landmarks. Setty & Associates International, PLLC is proud to be offering the types of services which are helping the D.C. Energy Modeling and analysis of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems
Included within this analysis are the recommended HVAC systems, plumbing system analysis, and electrical system analysis.
Design of the M/E/P systems for the new high school
Setty & Associates International has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity A/E Services Contract with the National Institute for Science & Technology (NIST). Under this ID/IQ contract, SAi is currently working on five task orders:

NIST-Design for Fume Hood Replacement Site-Wide
NIST Bldg 301 Cafeteria
NIST - PCAS 50 Network Closets Design/Electric
NIST-Bldg 225 Computer Rooms
